The Off Duty Partnership is a mission-driven restorative respite program providing low-intensity, scheduled respite, restorative experiences, education, and small-group community programming for first responders, veterans, and caregivers in a rural setting.
First responders, veterans, and caregivers spend their lives showing up for the rest of us. OFF DUTY exists so they have somewhere to turn when it is their turn to be cared for.
We are creating a place where they can step away from the weight of service and responsibility, reconnect, and recover. It is built in partnership with PLANT MEDIC™ and a community that believes in serving those who serve.
HELP US BUILD OFF DUTY
We have the space. Now we need to build the experience. Our first priority is making the first floor accessible, equipped, and operational for classes, community programs, and restorative respite. The next phase will build out the second-floor restorative spaces designed for deeper recovery and care.
PHASE 1 — ACCESS + ACTIVATION
Our first priority is making the first floor accessible, equipped, and operational for scheduled classes, small-group programs, and restorative respite.
PHASE 2 — RESTORATIVE BUILDOUT
Build the second-floor restorative spaces, including rehab rooms, consultation and therapy rooms, flexible suites, float/sensory pods, sauna, cold plunge/soak, and recovery areas.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Fund the lift and related accessibility improvements so the facility can be welcoming and usable for the people we serve.
EQUIPMENT & FURNISHINGS
Equip both phases with the furnishings, teaching equipment, restorative equipment, storage, and support items needed to make the spaces functional.
PARTICIPANT ACCESS & SUPPORT
Help reduce financial barriers so first responders, veterans, and caregivers can access restorative respite.
